How Do I Get My Twitter Profile Picture to Change?!?

• okay so for the past like 5 days ive been trying to change my picture and whenever i browse my photos, choose one and wait for it to load it says twitter is having to many people doing something at once and it keeps doing this! so anyways i decided maybe if i deleted the picture and re-added it, it may work but it didnt so i got off twitter. I came back and decided to try again and now i cant even add a picture! it doesnt even have a place where it says "change profile image" or whatever. Its really frustrating, can someone pleaseeee help me?

  Because you've deleted the photo, there's nothing there to change. So you need to start from the beginning, Add a photo is what you should be looking for, right on your Profile page. Look for Change my background image and the browse function will show. I'm sure you know your way around from there, right? LOL Go get 'em.
