How do you change your espin picture?

I already know how to upload pictures and set a main image, but how do you get rid of that avatar and set your pic as the main pic on your profile? All it shows is the avatar

Answer:
First,You have to have a picture uploaded from your computer. Next,go to manage/upload pics under the tab PROFILE. Then,click the picture that you want to set as your main picture.(If you don't want the pic just crop it to your right.) Last,click make this my primary photo then go ALL the way down and click submit. GOOD LUCK!
