Why cant i view profiles on the messanger?

when im talking to somebody and i try to view their profiles it does't respond whatso ever

in the messanger right click on the persons name and click view profile or you can right click on the persons pec of who you are talkeng to

Right click on the person's name.U will find view profile.Click that. It will show u the profile.If it is still not working contact yahoo messenger help
