How do you get an avatar as your profile pic for yahoo?

  • I dont want to upload a photo of my own i just want to use one of the cartoon like ppl that a lot of ppl have. can anyone please help me!

    1. If you want a CARTOON avatar, you could create or modify at http://avatars.yahoo.com and don't forget to save your changes by clicking the "Save Changes". Then go to 3. 2. If you want a PHOTO avatar, you can upload pictures to http://pulse.yahoo.com/y , click on "Add / Change your photo" and make sure the photo has appeared. Will usually appear immediately. If not appear, go to 3. 3. Now go to the Yahoo! Answers profile at http://id.answers.yahoo.com/my/my_edit . Click "Update image or avatar" . Select the avatar you've created earlier, then click "Use selected photo." Click "Submit" to save. ◉ NOTE: If you hide your Pulse profile ( http://pulse.yahoo.com ) the image will not show up on Yahoo! Answers.
