Can I make another screen name with my current yahoo Im account?

I have a yahoo account that is my first and last name, which is also my im screen name but I would like another screen name that I can make up so it is not revealing of my first and last name for security. As in footballgirl7 or something. Is this possible?

Yes, you can create a new alias(different chatting ID's/ names) and Profiles for the current yahoo IM account , once u create alias and a profile , u can use different chatting ID for the same account . Your email account will remain the same , no matter which alias you are using . You are allowed five alias names in addition to your Yahoo ID . For how to make alias , please refer to yahoo messenger help .
