How can I copy the display image?

Recently, my gf lost all of her photos when a computer tech accidentlty erased them. She has a display image of the only photo of us together in her ym, but how can she save it on her computer and share it with me? Is this photo stored on the host PC? If so, where can we find it?

Answer:
Open the picture then Right click on the picture and select Save As, a box will open asking where to save it, save it to My Pictures.
