How do I add my avatar picture I created as my picture on the anser ask page just abouve my name?

I created a picture but I am having trouble making it my proile picture. Could you walk me in step by step. I somehow have made it my picture on IM and I am cool with that but I want to use it as a profile picture too..

OK so you have created an avatar.Did you save it?If saved then follow my simple steps.. 1.Go to your Profile 2.click 'Edit My Info' 3.In edit my profile,in 'picture' can you see the avatar you made?If yes click on 'Use my Yahoo! Avatar' 4.Click 'Preview' 5.Click 'Submit' Your problem is solved.. Hope it helped.. ):-)
