How To View Someones Facebook Profile Without Being Their Friend?

How can I view someones profile ,I chicked on it ,but that didn't work .Could the person block a Friend ?

       It is not possible for a User to block their Yahoo! Profile so that can not be the problem. Without any details as to exactly how you are trying to view it or what happens when you try to view it I can only guess at possible solutions.    Yahoo! server problems. These happen frequently all over Yahoo! and will temporarily block your ability to use a particular part of Yahoo! until it's fixed. This can affect games, mail, even profiles.    Pop-Up Blockers. These can affect your ability to open a Yahoo! Profile depending upon how you are trying to open it. Add profiles.yahoo.com to your allowed list on any Pop Up Blocker you are running.    Age Restriction. Yahoo! uses the birth date you provided when you signed up for your account to determine your age. If your friend has marked their profile as an adult profile then you must be 18 years old or older according to that birth date in order to access that profile.    Without knowing more details regarding the method you are using to view the profiles I can't offer any more information.

If you are using messenger version 8 or 8.1 the view profile feature of anyone NOT on your contact list is no longer a feature. To view those on your contact list make sure their name is highlighted and then go to "contacts" and click view profile. All those not on your list you can view by entering their yahoo ID after the .com/ in this address: http://profiles.yahoo.com/
