Ho do I change my personal photo on my Yahoo profile now?

I know the photo is closing for yahoo which is stupid but why can;t I change my profile picture?

I don't use the Yahoo 360 and I hate the new changes with the pictures. You never gave any of us a choice if we wanted to change or not. I like the yahoo the way it was. I can have my own profile and add the stuff I wanted. HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PROFILE PICTURE FOR MY MESSENGER? If something is not broken don't fix it. This new flickr is not user friendly and I don't like it.

YOU HAVE TO UPLOAD YOU PHOTOO TO ANOTHER SITE. FLICKR IS ONE THAT IS ALSO OWNED BY YAHOO AND EASY TO UPLOAD TO PROFILE FROM THERE.
