How do i use a picture for my profile picture?

  • okayy... i had an avatar but i wanted a picture of myself so i clicked the Use my Yahoo! 360 picture, and it won't show the picture, it's just blank :S Help Please??!!

    Firstly you will need to find the picture you want to use. It' needs to be in 'JPEG' format and no more than 5mb. Once you've found it, save it somewhere you can easily find it. Get yourself a 360 profile. Go into it, click on 'my page' (top right). Click on 'edit personal photos' (top right). Click browse to find the pic you want to use. Now click on 'set as primary' and then on 'save' (down the bottom). Now go back to answers and go into your profile. Click 'edit my profile' and set your avatar to use your 360 picture. Job done!

First check your settings. Make sure you set the 360 picture as “primary” and saved then go to your profile check that “use my 360 picture” is set, click preview then OK.
