How do you get your whole profile in a scroll box?

I cannot get into my profile to update?

  • When I log into my profile. Choose edit profile so I may add pictures a box pops up for which i can and do click NEXT. this box is for parameters which is fine. After I click next a page 2 of 2 opens where i have comment box to enter my interests. up to 500 characters. The problem is that the page will NOT scroll down to the CONTINUE button so I can go no further. This is very irritating and impedes my ability to share my info and pics with the new people I am meeting. Please get rid of this pop up box

    Try logging out of your Yahoo Account and and then clearing your Cookies. Here is a link to a program called CCleaner which will clear your Cookies and all the other junk off of your computer. It is free: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ Then log back into your Yahoo Account. Try saving your information again on your Pulse page. Then try again a couple of hours later and again two hours after that. If this does not work, report it as a "Bug" on the Yahoo Suggestion Board where the Staff regularly review the postings.
