How do you get a profile picture that is like a cartoon person that you personalize?

TO CHANGE YOUR AVATAR ON YOUR YAHOO ANSWERS PAGE You can do so by using the link to Yahoo Avatars: http://avatars.yahoo.com// After you have made your Avatar, go to your Answers page. Click on "Edit my Preferences". Click on "Update Photo or Avatar". A box will pop up with any current photos or Avatar you have saved. Then click on "Use Selected Photo (Avatar)" to save the Avatar. TO CHANGE YOUR AVATAR ON YAHOO MESSENGER Click on "Messenger" in the top left hand corner. Click on "My Display Image". Click on "Share my Avatar". Click on "OK" at the bottom.

1st one for a pic, second for an avatar. Click on view my profile. Double click on your picture or avatar where it says change your picture.Box opens with options to upload a picture. Upload the picture from your computer, select it and you are done. Go to edit my preferences at the top right of your home page. You will see a grey smiley marked get my avatar now. Click that and you can create your avatar on the page that opens.

You have to go into edit preferences and click on profile picture and then select your avatar picture. you have to make your avatar first.
