How do you make a avatar?

After i make my second avatar, how do i make it my REAL avatar?

i made my first avatar and didn't really like it so i changed it! but when i chatted with my friends, it was the avatar that i had before! how do i change it to the other avatar?

Did you Save changes to your Avatar?? You would have to make changes to your Avatar by clicking the Orange 'Save Changes' button below your Avatar in the Avatar page. To Put a Photo Avatar:- Click the little triangle below your display image, click "Share my picture".
