How do I make my yahoo picture those avatar people..?

Whenever I go on yahoo answers and all the yahoo stuff, people have this profile picture like an avatar or something how do i make one for myself?
Answer:

For a pic or avatar. Go to edit my preferences at the right of your avatar click update photo or avatar.In the box that opens select add photo or customize avatar. Folow the instructions and job done. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing,
