Why cant i change my yahoo profile picture?

It uploads correctly, and i go to crop it, but once i do that it wont show up in the list of the picture i can chose from. all i have is the "no picture" icon, my avatar, and my picture now.

why would u wanna change it. its a good picture = ) haha try restarting internet explorer

i KNOW!!! it always does that to me!!! like when i first got this account it didnt let me :O and it was making me soooo MAD!!! but hey it worked :)!! for both of us ha.
