I don't know how to get that public profile cartoon picture thingy on yahoo answers. Does anyone know how?

Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com to create one. When you return to Y! Answers: Go to your Answers (My Q & A) profile >click 'Edit my info' >select 'Use my avatar' >Save.
