How do you create a new email address?

How do I create a new Yahoo ID that is still under my main email address?

  • It used be that a person could create a new ID and still keep their email address. When I try to edit/create an alias or ID from my account page it just shows me what I have but does not give me the option to create a new one nor to edit the existing one. I have 2 ID's under my email but can only access one profile. What happened and how do I fix it now. Thanks in advance
