How do you make your profile picture still visible on MSN when youve logged out your PC and using a mobile/PDA?

Ive got a mobile and PDA that allows access to msn but apparently even though i leave my picture up on the MSN whilst using the pc...it doesnt appear when i sign in using the same MSN account whilst using my mobile or PDA? How can i leave my picture available for others to see even though i may not be able to see it myself? Cheers
