How do I change my picture on yahoo? (to the right?

How can i change my profile picture?

  • i need to know how to change my profile picture from just the one that yahoo puts on right away, i want to know how to change it to the little cartoon girl (or guy but I'm a girl so...yeah...) that i can modify, my brother has it so i know i can do it i just don't have a single idea how.

    its called a yahoo avatar and you can make one. just search yahoo avatars on yahoo search and it will give you a link :) and after that click Hi, ___, then click profile and you should see where you can change your profile pic

At the top of the page on the tool bar you will have some selections, such as ¸.•*´ Appearance, Apparel, Extras, Background and Branded. Each category has sub categories... (Apparel, Extras and Background have a lot of numbered pages to choose from). After you make your choice, click [Save Changes]. Then return to your Answers Profile and click "My Activity" and click the [Edit My] tab. On the next page click [Update Photo or Avatar] then click on your new avatar to highlight it, then click the yellow tab [Use Selected Photo], then you are done. Note: If your new avatar doesn't show right away then give it a couple minutes. If you have your Pulse Profile set to private your avatar will not show on Yahoo Answers. You can "unhide" it by clicking this link ¸.•*´ http://pulse.yahoo.com/ and then click on settings. Where it says Privacy click the blue link, then on the next page remove the check mark where it says "Hide My Profile" and be sure to click (Save) when you are finished. ¸.•*´ Enjoy!¸.•*´ ツ
