How do you get a cartoon person as your profile picture?

    Try this way, it's fast, straight forward and easy. Go below, create your avatar and save. Then, click your current default avatar then click edit my preferences and you will see where to check use avatar. http://avatars.yahoo.com/ Ensure that your profile isn't private

I suppose you mean the Yahoo Answers Avatar! Just click on this link or type it into the URL bar at the top of the window! http://avatars.yahoo.com/ From there, you can change your appearance and clothing etc. Click save changes under your character when you are done. Then, click "Export your character to Yahoo" on the side, select it and then click the yellow box that says "Use selected photo". Then your done! Good Luck and Hope I helped! :)
