I can't add my pic into my profile in yahoo account !!!?

in pulse.yahoo.com . when I click on add/change photo . I can just choose my avatar and there is not anything that I can browse my pic from my pc to show in my profile !!!! what Can I do ?

Click "My Activity" at top of page Select "Edit My Preferences" Click "Update photo or avatar" Follow instructions to select your photo/avatar Click "Submit" on bottom of original page when done To make a carton avatar: http://avatar.yahoo.com Make sure your Pulse profile is not hidden. :o)
