I am new to yahoo and I have a question on how u upload a picture from your camera to make it ur profile picture. And how do u add a simple picture to your yahoo page? Please help

Not sure what the outcome will be but they are getting rid of the Pulse page. As yet no details of what it will be replaced with but this has something to do with that I believe. see this link for more detail.

Right now, you can't. There seems to be a bug, where the "upload new photo" link doesn't show up.
