Why can't I edit 'about me' in my profile?

Why cant i change or edit my profile picture?

  • I found the page to edit it, but its not working. The "change picture"option doesnt open up.

    Probably a simple glitch, something that will go away sometime soon. The good thing is there's no harm done if your photo's held up a little while. Click My Activity near the top of this page, then Edit My Preferences Update Photo or Avatar, choose on of the presented photos by clicking on it to highlight it.Use selected photo and you're all set. You may have to refresh your Answers page before you can see the new photo or avatar

Either the servers are down or Yahoo is working on the system. when I try to go to a profile all I get is this message, (The website cannot display the page)
