Youtube profile picture ??

im trying to change my youtube profile picture. but each time i try to change it to this certain picture, it wont work. and im POSITIVE that the new pictures not too big or anythingg... and when i try to change it to that picture, it has my old picture that i thought i deleted! its weird...so...can u help?? thankss(:

I have this problem too sometimes. What I do is delete the old picture, wait a few minutes, then upload the new [sometimes it goes back to the old, repeat the abovein that case]. Note on the page it says that you have to wait for up to 6hours for things to come into effect, so don't expect your new pic to come up straight away, wait a bit.
