How do I change the name under my picture?

How do your change your picture and name...?

  • ..on yahoo? I find myself on yahoo answers a lot so I wanted to change my picture and name. My picture because my picture is non-existant and my name cause I made this account when I couldn't tell the difference from Mrs. and Ms. and I'm not married, far from it! =P Thanks!

    Click on My Activity. Edit Preferences. There you will find a link for "Add Photo or Avatar" and " Change Screen Name" To make a cartoon avatar of yourself http://avatars.yahoo.com

If you don't have a photo anywhere on Yahoo, you're going to have to bring one over from your Documents folder. Click My Activity near the top of this page>> Edit My Preferences After clicking Change Photo or Avatar, click Browse>> Documents>> My Pictures, click. Place your cursor on the chosen photo and right-click, scroll to Select, click. Back on Yahoo now, Upload, Submit and you're all set. Be sure you read the requirements as they pertain to the size and file types of what Yahoo accepts. Finally, my last clue is that it's best to file all of your images as JPEG files as it's the most accepted type on the web.
