Picutre editing unavailable, how do i put a pic in my profile, yahoo chat/messenger?

when i go to yahoo messenger, go to chat, go to a room, i can click on my profile, or go direct, and it states, picture editing temporarily unavaiable, and has said that forever, above where my pic would go, but i see others have pics, so how do i load one to my profile??? i have a pic on my 360, but how do i get one on the other profile??? thanks

Answer:
If you have a pic on your 360 go to your "Profile page" and click on 360 avatar and follow the directions and it is suppose to work. If it does not I guess there is a glitch somewhere. Hope it works for you!!!
