How do you get a profile picture?

How to get a profile picture on this site?

  • I'm trying to get a picture for my profile here so it be more of an eye pleasing. This may sound like an odd thing to ask because of there might be somewhere here that already tells you how, but my real question is how do you go about changing a Paint picture into a usable picture that this website takes?Is there an online converter to change it into the appropriate file? Sorry if this question sounds pretty obvious to figure out. Thanks.

    For a pic or avatar.See the yahoo help here.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/pulse/p%E2%80%A6 look under public photo and follow the instructions and job done. Make sure your pulse is not set to private as that stops it from appearing,
