Why can't I change my Yahoo profile picture?

I cant change my yahoo profile picture?

  • As you could still see i have an avatar and i have had that picture on since 2 years ago and i havent been using yahoo awhile so thats why i dont change it often anymore but now i really want to and it asked me for a code and i am sure i typed it right and then it just does nothing NOTHING AT ALL!!1 PLEASE HELP!

    Go to My Activity. Edit My Preferences. Add photo or avatar. Then follow the prompts. To get a cartoon avatar of yourself: http://avatars.yahoo.com Save it. Then go back to My Activity. Edit My Preferences. Add photo or avatar and Change name. A box should pop up in it there should be your avatar that you save as well as the exclamation mark. Then click on the picture you want as your picture. Then click submit. You can also upload your photo through Pulse. http://pulse.yahoo.com Click on Profile. Then click on the picture. Then click Add Photo. Y!A allows you to upload photos that are less than 5 mb. ( Pulse less then 1 mb.) *You may have to crop the photo before you upload. (Go to an online photo editing place.) **Make sure you Pulse profile isn't hidden. Go to http://pulse.yahoo.com Click on Settings. Privacy. Uncheck hide profile. ***You may not be able to get an avatar if you have Google Chrome or Opera. If trying if it doesn't work the first time.
