How can I get Yahoo Profiles through the IM window, like in the older version of Yahoo IM.?

In the older version of Yahoo IM, you could go to Contacts and then click view profiles and type the name of profiles of people you knew. Now this new version of IM doesn't allow that (view profile is grayed out). Am I doing something wrong with it? I really liked that in the older version of IM. Thanks!

Make sure the person you are talking to is not a MSN Live contact.. if it is then this will be disabled
