How can I change my name in my profile?

How can I change my profile name.?

  • My contacts receive my emails with a name “false” instead of my profile name. I did not set up this name in my profile. How can I change that? Thanks.

  • Answer:

    Go to your Yahoo Mail page and click Options>> Mail Options. Accounts>> Add an Account. Select the name you want to use and type it into the Account Name box. In the From box, select a name (it can be different than the account name) and this is where you fix what's going on with you. Not in the profile section. Good luck.
