How do I search a member profile?

How do you find a Y!A? member's profile with out a question to search for?

  • Is there a way to find a member's questions or profile if you forgot the question that they asked, and all you remember is their name?

you can try searching in the "search for questions" thing, sometimes user's profiles will come up if they're famous like Judas Rabbi.

I don't believe there is. If you can remember the subject of one of their questions you can try to do a question search. The idea of searching by nickname has been recommended many times in the forum and nothing is done. I take my answer back. If you do a question search or a yahoo search it will find nicknames. ✩

yes there is! type in their screen name in the search for questions bar e.g. "stelise profile"

Tpe the member " ID Yahoo! Answers profile" or "ID Q&A" profile in the question search engine. Click "Search" tab Ex: "poetic journey Yahoo! Answers" "poetic journey Q&A profile" Either will have the page advance to questions answered by that particular member. Click the first result & it will take you to there.
