How to retrieve stolen yahoo id?

chat through yahoo messenger and uses another yahoo id bfw_sassy. unfortunately that ID was stolen was stolen by someone with this ID xn--www_killer_clan-xn02am87kn97c who frequents the chatroom that i frequent too. What I'm concern is the picture that I put on that profile. i want to retrieve the id and delete the picture in the account profile and then close the account totally. i am traumatized by the incident with that someone using my account getiing in the chatroom and cursing and using obsene words.Please help me. I believe that person's location is in Korea. I can't retrieve the yahoo id coz all the information was changed.
