How can I delete a yahoo messenger profile? Answer greatly appreciated. I'm new here.?

I have made a profile and tried to edit it and it won't let me change the things I want to do. So I want to delete and start over.

Ok try this: At the bottom of your computer screen in the right hand corner you shoulg see a smiley face. If you hover of that it will say AT&T Yahoo! Messanger. If so right click when your on that smily face. Then click "Exit". Then click "OK". Then you should have deleted your yahoo messanger profile.
