How do you delete an avatar from your Yahoo account?

Why can't i change my yahoo avatar?

  • ive tried everything to change my avatar including trying to delete it (which i can't), saving changes, and adding it to favorites. my bf has a yahoo account on my computer also and doesnt have a problem changing his avatar at all. what could be the problem? ive tried contacting yahoo but they havent even replied...im ready to delete this whole account b/c im so friggin frustrated!

    Trouble shooting this problem: 1) Make sure you have saved your chosen avatar on Yahoo! Avatar’s page or your 360 page, whatever the case may be. 2) Refresh your Edit profile page. Make sure you have clicked on the avatar you want to save and save again. If you still cannot display your avatar: 3) Empty your cache/temp file and then restart your computer. Here is a nice page to explain how to clear out your temp. files http://www.aarp.org/learntech/computers/howto/Articles/a2002-07-15-tempfiles.html You can, also, do a web search with the words: clear temp file how Repeat steps 1 and 2 If after all that the problem remains, it could be a bug or glitch on your account. In that case you can report the problem on the forum. Click on the Forum link on the upper right hand corner. Be sure to book mark your question so you can find it easily later. Note: Occasionally there is a glitch between 360 and Y!A where your 360 pic will not show. When that happens, I just switch to my Yahoo! Avatar. Until they straighten it out again.

What do you want to change about it ? do u want to change the person or the clothes. i dont know how to change the person. try asking ur BF. Try fileing a nother complaint to Yhoo!. but if its the clothes theres a tool bar u can use.
