Cant use "view profile" under the "contacts" heading on the messenger friends list.?

used to be, after signing into your messenger, if you wanted to view someones profile, that is NOT on your list, you could go to "contacts" then scroll down to "view profile" and type in someones I.D. , or darken the circle to view your own. Since i have installed yahoo a few weeks ago on my new pc, i cant get that option anymore. Is that because of the new yahoo 7.5 ? if so...how can i go back to the last version...i believe 7.0....thanks....

I dont think you can. It has to be done from the messenger. 7.0 is no longer available.
