Regarding Yahoo Messenger....how come the "view profile" button no longer opens in a separate box ??

when i click on view profile, nothing happens......previously a separate box would open and you put the yahoo ID in to see the profile....i am using version 7.5.....i d/l version 8, and "view profile" was in lite gray.......so is this no longer an option in YM ??

I had this same issue. Now, I just go directly to the profile URL of users. The link is http://profiles.yahoo.com/abcd where abcd = the Yahoo! ID of the person's profile you wish to view.
