Im my yahoo messenger, why I can not see my contacts updated profile picture?

Whenever a contact post a new picture on yahoo messenger, my messenger will not receive there new profile picture...what is strange about it...I have yahoo messenger on my phone, I can see my contacts new profile picture on my android phone, but not on the messenger on my pc.

Your contacts have the option of showing you their display image or not (as do you). SO this may be the answer ina nutshell. ~m~
