How do I change my screen name for a chat room?

How do I change the location on my screen name that shows when in chat room?

I had the location on my old profile and switched to 360 profile. I have since moved to GA and when I am in a chat room it still says Nashville, TN. It is reading what was on my old profile. I have tried to chg my acct info and settings under 360 page. Neither worked. What do I do???? Can I get back to my old profile?
Answer:

You should be able to change your location from your "account information" page, This information should carry through to your 360, if it does not, edit your contact information on 360, make sure you have the quick lick activated on your new profile, and make sure you have 36 as your default profile too.
