When in chat rooms I have a different name?

When I chat with someone in the chat rooms, my real name shows up. how do I keep my name from showing up?

  • when I go into Yahoo chat rooms, My real full name shows up. I don't like that. I thought this was supposed to be confidential. How do I change that?

    this is verry simple just go to your profile and where it say nick name change it to whatever name u want it to, thats will show the nick name and not your actual name in the chatroom : D

Well Person I think That you should probably change it or sometin or just dont go on a chat site at all I mean its common sense

the only way is to sign on a different account when you chat because you dont normally sign in our real account to be seen by people we dont really know esp in the chat rooms

go into your profile settings and change it theresuch as edit ur information for ur profile.
