Why cant i view my contacts display image? please help if you know ,thanks?

I seems can't change my yahoo insider display image or my web messnger display image ?

  • hii , i tried everything i knew to change my display image in my yahoo messnger and still appear to me and other a black box .. even i changed the pc itself lool !! changed yahoo messnger to 7 not 9 .. my profile pichre have diffrent pic to my insider yahoo or web yahoo messnnger same to the messnger it self .. i dont know what to do ho i can chage my web and insider yahoo display images to the same 1 in my profile or in my messnger and how i can get ride off the black box in my messnger as i cant seems to see my friends display images or my display image .. i tried to reinstal messnger and to reinstall flash player and i changed alot of display images and still the same i even changed my pc lool ... please i need help .. i even cant change my WEB messnger display image !!!!

    perhaps the image types you're trying to use are not supported by yahoo. try jpeg images to be sure. or perhaps the images you use are too big. try resizing them to thumbnail sizes. i really think it's the pictures you use that's the problem.
