How do you put a picture in your email reply?

How do i put this picture as profile as well as send to my email?

  Go to this page: http://profile.yahoo.com/3NKQZAK7GZ3YS5Z%E2%80%A6 and click Edit at the top of the page. Edit is the middle icon on the upper, right/hand side of the page. Click on the Icon in the upper left hand corner of each category's square, as that allows you to write whatever details you'd like to add to it, as well as opening the SAVE function for that category. Once you're finished adding details, click SAVE and move on to the next category you choose to add info to, if any. As for photos, once you're on your profile page, click edit>> Choose File>> My Documents>> My Pictures>> Select>> Upload. (AFTER you click Edit, "Change Picture" will appear on your icon there, click to start the process). ~m~
