How do you add a picture link your question?

Link to animated avatar's for profile picture?

Can someone help me and give me a working link to a website that has animated avatar's to use for my profile pictures to these websites (facebook.com, community.us.playstation.com, nfscars.net, and youtube.com when I make one someday)? The animated avatar's I want is Zorua in separate picture, & Zoroark in separate picture too, also their shiny version's in separate pictures as well. I want the pictures to be 50 x 50, also has to be under 150KB file size. If someone has already asked this question please tell me. Also can you give me a link to a website on how to add these animated profile pictures to the websites I want profile pictures for?
