How do I add or update the picture in my profile now that my yahoo photo account has been migrated to Flickr?

My yahoo photo account has been migrated to Flickr. I tried to go and add a photo to one of my yahoo profiles that does not contain a photo. I was going to upload a photo. I was taken to a page that said my yahoo photo account was locked because it had been migrated to Flickr. Is this a bug? Does this mean that users can no longer have pictures in your yahoo profile? Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a workaround? Thanks in advance for your help.

yes i fall in same problem.. but i try to communicate on this issue with yahoo.. i didn't find any link where i can ask yahoo on this issue..
