Why can't i view profiles?

In msngr, why cant i bring up view profiles so i can type in their id & view their profile?

  • i click on "contacts" & then "view profiles" & usually a little box pops up for me to type in a person's yahoo id so i can see their profile but instead nothing happens when i click on "view profiles" does any one else have this problem & what can i do to fix it? thx!

    i wouldnt have a clue i have the same problem and none of these ppl on here will help you i think its yahoo itself

You can also go in messenger, click on the name you want to see profile then go to contacts then view profile. It should come up. It does for me every time.

I dont think you can do it..but there is another way of doing it. Try this, click at action/send instant message/other/key in the id. An IM box will appear, from there click at action/contact option/view profile...Hopefully it helps if its not too troublesome for you..
