I cant change my profile picture on my yahoo profile?

on my yahoo profile i go to edit and i upload a picture of an irish setter dog and uploadit, i go down and click save then it just comes up as a picture of my old profile pic, plz help!

For the last couple weeks it is taking longer than normal for profile changes to appear. You should see the change in 8 to 24 hours.
