Why won't my avatar display?

Why can i not see my avatar, its just a box that says cannot display..?

  • and i have tryed changing it.... its only happened today and i would like to know how i can fix it..? can you see my avatar, what is it?? i have changed it so much to see that i lost track of what it could be so do you see my avatar? what is it? why can i not see it? what can i do to fix this?

    Jade B...i was wondering the same thing too and i was gonna email u and tell u but i thought that u probably knew already..... I really dont know why its doing that ....that never happend to me before..hmmmm i dont know what u can do....maybe create a new profile ....i'm sorry Jade B :( [edit] I know i dont want u to lose ur contacts too.....but u can create a whole new profile.....not with the same email or 360.....maybe similar and u can change somethings up....but i wish there was an easier way to help u :(

no i cant see it. if your that depserate make another account. im not sure how to fix it. i never saw that before.
