Did Yahoo stopped voice chat in Yahoo IM ?

I recently downloaded Yahoo IM ver 9.0. In this I am unable to do voice chat. I dont find the call button in the IM. Did yahoo stopped this facility of calling PC to PC. Is this a temporary problem.

Go to: http://voice.yahoo.jajah.com/home/phoneout.castle and sign up for Yahoo Voice. Also, you can put money on your account here and be all set for your free PC to PC calls and mobile calls that you do have to pay for. This site can answer all your questions
