How to enable voice chat icon in yahoo messenger toolbar?

I have downloaded yahoo messenger of India - Hindi version as I have faced some dll problems while installing India - English version. I cannot understand hindi and moreover I am not having hindi fonts. First time I have seen voice chat icon in the tool bar in the left top position. Now I am not able to see that icon and not able to have voice chat to my contacts in the contact lists but able to have video chat and through typing. If any one knows the answer please help me I am using Yahoo Messenger-India-Hindi version 9

Once you decide what room you're going into and open that window, click "Actions" on the toolbar, scroll to "Enable Voice Chat" and click there. It's hard to understand why you guys don't explore these possibilities on your own......but there it is.
