How do I voice chat on yahoo IM?

Configuring Head Set for Voice Chat over Yahoo IM?

I am using a standard 2 Jack (pink & green) headset. But i have a problem trying to configure it. Here is my problem. When i configure it using the "Call Setup" from "Actions" menu in yahoo IM, it gives me a pass both for speech (which is quite clear...the yellow dots also illuminating as i speak) and hearing. But when i make a call to another computer, I can hear them clearly...but they don't hear even an iota of me. I also used the control panel - audio setup - in windowsXP (SP2)...there also, it passes the configuration test. But i must add, that when i hear my own voice coming via headsets(in during the setup), its a little low. Can someone help me please? Thanks in advance for your answers.

yahoo thing r not good so i think you are better off using msn.
