Why can't I make call to India from Yahoo messenger?

When I am trying to make calls to india I get a fallowing message "You cannot place a call because Messenger is not currently connected to the voice service. This is either because you are behind a restrictive firewall or because we are fixing a problem with the voice service."

Answer:
Well you need to disable your firewall. If it does not work after that, or if you do not have a firewall up, than you will have to wait it out until Yahoo finishes fixing the problem with the voice service.
